Good at healing spells, which is a useful thing when combined with that core - which tends to lead one into or attract calamity. This person isn’t as confident as they might be, perhaps due to being shot down for being irritating, but they are adaptable, suggesting they are capable of learning from each little social error they make, as well as aiding their survival in the calamities they face.

Honourable, but no less lethal than any other wand, this wand would seek someone who is decidedly active and non-lazy. The core speaks of brutal magic, so perhaps this wix is an adventurer, which would explain the confidence. The wix would also be stubborn, perhaps on their points of honour, though this would make them no less potentially dangerous.
