Who of Micaclan whould be most likely to start a prank-war in The clan? Haha
Hmmm the first to START the pranks would probably be either Hawkpaw or Puddlepaw (most likely scenario being Puddlepaw starting it but framing Hawkpaw as the culprit tbh), but the one to ESCALATE it into a full on war would probably be Laureltail. I think she would get caught up in a prank incidentally and then make that EVERYONE'S problem by meting out vengeance on everyone around her, regardless of their involvement or lack thereof
Laureltail is another young warrior! Tbh she's the least developed character so far. I was drawing a scene with a lot of cats (the one looking down from the meeting rock, in my video The Garden), but sketched too many for the amount of designs I had, and made one up on the spot. So now she's a character I guess lol
How would for example Laureltail react once learning how Wrentail was to his Apprentices?

I think she would beat herself up over not noticing. She would be upset that she noticed how Embertooth changed, but didn't think to address why he felt the need to change himself for Wrentail's approval. Adding on his treatment of Mudpaw, she would feel like she never really knew her uncle. How could she, when he was actually the sort of person to hurt the apprentices in his care?
Notably, her reaction would focus more on her own agency, decisions, and feelings; it would honestly be a bit of a self-centered reaction, at first. She would try to change her way of thinking if someone pointed out the problem, though
Off the topic of a story title, I've been thinking about Ember and Laurel, and I realized that we haven't gotten all that much on them except for the fact that they're besties. So do you have any tidbits about them and their relationship?
They became friends during their apprenticeship, when they realized they had very similar senses of humor! Laureltail finds it very funny that Embertooth seems to think the world of her uncle, when she knows all the embarrassing stories her mom has told her about him. She doesn't wanna ruin his image of Wrentail though, since Embertooth tries so hard to emulate him.
They are the kind of friends that sound like they hate each other if you listen in on their conversations, since they're constantly insulting each other, but in actuality it's just playful ribbing :)
Laurelpaw noticed late in their apprenticeship that Emberpaw was getting more and more subdued/serious when around anyone that wasn't either her or Pearpaw. Under Wrentail's influence, he was closing himself off more and more, only opening up around his close friends (and only then when he was sure Wrentail wasn't around, since he didn't wanna embarrass himself having feelings in front of his mentor). After that, she and Pearpaw would do their best to undo whatever "inadvertent" damage Wrentail had done to their friend.
Laureltail and Pearfur (especially Pearfur) have made a concerted effort to help Embertooth become comfortable with expressing himself again. He's getting better, but he's still no where near where he was pre-wrentail. As a result, laurel and ember's friendship can feel a little surface level some times. It takes some work to get a conversation with any real emotional depth going, but when it happens, they have some very meaningful talks!
If Laurels dad died in the greencough outbreak then do you think Wren'tail raised her and that's why she's so salty all the time
Nah, I think MicaClan takes the "it takes a village" approach to child-rearing! So everyone contributes :) Plus I can't imagine Wrentail ever tolerating being around any kittens, even if she was his niece. Whole honesty, she probably picked up her spicier personality traits from being friends with Embertooth lol

Honestly I was thinking of maybe making her his niece, and have Robinsong as her mom?? Idk, I don't think it will end up important for the story at any point lol, so for now let's go with Robin being Laurel's mother!!
Have Laureltail and Pearfur ever tried to look out for Mudpaw due to the “inadvertent” damage Wrentail caused Embertooth during his apprenticeship?
I think it hasn't really occurred to them; they focused on Embertooth's emotional change because they knew how different he was before his apprenticeship, but neither of them know Mudpaw very well, and he's always been very quiet.
