Me dio risa pero lo último hace que todo tenga sentido que me resulta mejor trama saber del profesor y su vida
Creo que la teoría del narrador no fidedigno es la que más me convence, hasta donde sé el narrador es un profesor universitario bastante pervertido y pagado de sí mismo y si piensa que todos son unos idiotas menos él (y quizás el protagonista), naturalmente así va a interpretar todos los hechos. El caso es que no me sorprendería nada que ese sea el giro de la trama.

5. Revolutionary Girl Utena:
This is only here because it’s Utena (and also the movie manga is my guilty pleasure). What can I say? Good art but a so so story.
4. InuYasha:
A quite entertaining shonen manga, but I also find it very formulaic. A good recommendation if you’re starting to read manga.
3. Ranma 1/2:
One of the first anime/manga my young self had contact with. So it’s quite formative for me. This series is a masterpiece when it comes to action and comedy, however the story hasn’t aged too well since its views on sexuality and gender roles can be a bit problematic. My recommendation for new readers is to turn off their brains when reading it.
2. Pokemon Special (Yellow):
I really like Hidenori Kusaka’s interpretation of the Pokemon world, specially since I’m not a gamer, his manga has been the best experience I’ve had with the franchise. So far I’ve only read the first two arcs, however, Yellow’s arc is my favorite mainly because characters like Yellow are my weakness and also in this story the stakes are higher and we get a logical explanation of how Pikachu can use surf which I find amazing.
1. Devilman:
This is my introduction to Go Nagai and I’m pretty satisfied with it.
The good: Asks tough questions about human nature, some of the situations feel eerily close even if this is a 40 year old manga. I have never felt so much empathy for Satan, also Ryo and Akira are my new OTP.
The bad: Too much gratuitous gore and fanservice, sometimes it seems like it was written by and edgelord. The pacing is terrible.

I’d seen an article for season 2 of Riverdale on The Mary Sue but hadn’t read it because it said it spoiled the finale and i wanted my liveblog to be authentic. but then after the finale i went and read it. And the showrunner says of Archie’s dad getting shot:
“It’s like the moment when Bruce Wayne sees his parents gunned down in Crime Alley or when Peter Parker learns that that his Uncle Ben was murdered by a burglar,” he says. “It absolutely changes Archie and sends him on his season-long journey, which — without giving too much away — starts in a really dark place: revenge.”
so like. IT REALLY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE ARCHIE-BECOMES-BATMAN MOMENT. I was just joking but that is GENUINELY WHERE THEIR HEAD IS AT. NOW IT’S I-AM-VENGEANCE-I-AM-THE-NIGHT TIME. For Archie friggin’ Andrews.

what’s funny is Archie does have a au superhero identity in the comics- Pureheart the Powerful- but it’s more of a Superman thing rather than Batman. so if i wanted to mix Archie with superhero tropes I’d go that direction rather than DARK VENGEANCE but what do i know.

Jajaja en mi casa nada más nos damos regalos entre los de la familia nuclear, conozco a alguien que todos los años tiene que hacer intercambio con su familia extendida y me parece que es una lata. Al final nunca me pude comprar el Makoto porque no era lo que esperaba y bueno, ya ni siquiera soy fan de Free! entonces fue para bien. Encuentro muy curiosa la existencia de Captain Tsubasa, no parece tan infinitamente famosa como otros shonen pero le hacen nuevas adaptaciones cada tanto años...
Quizá porque es un manga algo viejo ya no pega tanto ahora, pero hasta donde tengo entendido, la influencia que tuvo en Japón es enorme. Gracias a Captain Tsubasa el futbol soccer alcanzó la popularidad que ahora tiene allá (aunque, claro, eso no quiere decir que sean buenos jugándolo) y el hecho de que hayan utilizado a Tsubasa y Misaki en el promocional de las Olimpiadas dice mucho. Considerando que la última adaptación la hicieron para el Mundial Corea-Japón, ya me imaginaba que pronto la volverían a hacer para las Olimpiadas.

justo ando releyendo el primer tomo para ya finalmente aventarme los otros dos que ya llegaron ajajajaa XD (eran mi ultimo pendiente de clamp)
Yo compré los primeros dos conforme iban saliendo pero no los leí hasta que compré el último tomo recientemente. Ya lo terminé todo >.< Demasiado perfecto y demasiado cruel. Voy a releer X para continuar con el sufrimiento.
