Dr. Lavandre and Admin Loverina of Team Nebula! They're both vampires and are dating. Lavandre has an unpredictable and maniacal personality, with Loverina being closely the same.
Like most people in Team Nebula, they despise the Jerdan Region's resident hero and Professor, Dr. Snow.
I made this drawing in spirit of Valentine's day, since Loverina is essentially that day but personified (and evil).
