This Coconut Lavender Lemonade is a cool and different take on regular lemonade. A delicious drink that's great for any event is made with tart lemon juice, creamy coconut milk, and fragrant lavender.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup agave syrup. 1 tablespoon culinary lavender buds. 4 cups water. Ice cubes. Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish.
Instructions: In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups of water until it comes to a simmer. Remove from heat and add lavender buds. Let steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain to remove lavender buds. In a pitcher, combine the strained lavender-infused water with fresh lemon juice, coconut milk, agave syrup, and the remaining 2 cups of water. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate the lemonade until chilled. Serve over ice cubes, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
