Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you my passion for knitting!
I started knitting when I was 11 or 12 when my mom bought me a kit fro m our craft store. It was mainly to keep her sane during summer break since all three kids were now home all day. She had no idea that she had begun my obsession with yarn and needles. Over the past 5 years or so I have really delved into the knitting community. I’ve learned many new techniques as well as trying out patterns that were once super scary, like the sweater I have pictured above. I learned how to create my own patterns and to play with all the different sizes of yarn and needles. Just two years ago I decided to open my own Etsy shop to share my love of knitting with the world. Many of the items on my shop are things that I decided to try for the first time. Some of the them have been commissions from people looking for something very particular. Those have been my favorite to work on.
