So I cried at work today
I had a review and it was very good and my bosses were being very nice and saying I’m doing well. I love my job (most of the time) and the both of them are so helpful I just started to cry. Apparently I can’t take compliments and start crying when people are nice to me. On the plus side apparently I’m a good lawyer but on the negative side I’m a big baby and now my bosses know.
So tonight I drafted 5 objections to motions in limine (probably pretty poorly tbh) for the trial I’m on jury selection for and beat Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild.
When opossing counsel talks over his client through her entire deposition and then complains on the record claiming that I’m asking stupid questions

New Job Update
The corporate life is LEGIT. I started working Monday and got a paycheck in the mail TODAY. Also I have an office and a legal secretary and they gave me a laptop and I’m terrified they’re going to find out I’m an idiot.
