k that makes some sense. Must be nice to be that rich. One last question, how many floors does the house have? I know that the third floor is the top floor, because the stairs lead to the roof, and that the second floor is the one with the bedrooms on it, and that the kitchen/dining and living rooms are on the first floor (also I always pictured the entry on the right too), but is there a ground floor between that and the basement (US vs Britain situation) Where is Bucky's office located? ty
yeah i know right? anyway i think i’ve committed to having four floors - third = top, second = bedrooms, first as kitchen/living room/Bucky’s office, then basement as laundry/workout room/storage. The way the brownstone is structured is that the basement is more like a sunken garden level, while you have to climb some steps to get to the “first” floor. It would be considered the main level in an American context.
Bucky’s office is on the main level, with a window looking out at the back yard; sort of beside the kitchen. That layout in the post doesn’t quite encompass how it’s all set up, but I think that the living room would be proportionally smaller and the kitchen a bit narrower, that gets Bucky’s office squeezed in there.
