happy birthday!
thank you! ❤️🐀✨
I stand by my previous ask where I called you both cute too many times! Long distance relationships are tough and it's wonderful to see you both happy and having fun together!
THANK YOU SO MUCH AAAA ;w; WE DO OUR BEST~

hell yes! hens are pretty quiet and as long as you move the hutch or muck it out regularly they don't smell awfully offensive. Free eggs and pest control!
Yes! Roosters aren’t allowed in the city, and I don’t want one anyway. Eggs for eating, no chicks please. There is nothing meaner than a broody hen :P Also, hell yes to pest control! I’m going to make mini runs for them to go between garden rows. They’ll eat bugs, fertilize, and kill the weeds. So many wins. @potentiallydead reblogged your post and added:
I saw a plan for making chicken runs that are basically hooped over chicken wire. Let me see if I can find it.
Cool! My mom did something similar in her garden, with PVC pipe. Let me know if you find it :)
@lazytechsupport hope it’s a rat (maybe mouse or hamster)
soft asks: fae and clouds
Fae: Describe yourself as a fairy
UHHHH... purple? Is there like... a paw fairy?
Clouds: What’s the best shaped cloud you’ve seen?
I GENUINELY CANNOT REMEMBER....

sounds like you have good neighbors.
I love my neighbors. I babysat for the neighbor kids last night, and we had so much fun :D

just be sure the chooks wouldn't rather eat the plants than the pests ;)
Oh man, I KNOW. Damn birds will eat anything. It’s gonna take some trial and error to make sure the rows are wide enough to keep the beasts from getting to close to the meaty parts of the plants.

extra rows for the hens between the plants is genius! and gosh yeah what jmathieson said is true, I revise my statement to exclude when they're actually laying, poor girls.
I’m going to use 5 gallon buckets for nesting boxes, wrap them in insulation, and keep them inside the garage. Hopefully that cuts down on the noise XD
100 pets! one for every thousand and here's to many more you prolific pup
YES GIVE KRIS ALL THE PETS >w<
