Coming to a stop on the sidewalk, Hanna reached her hands up to the sky and stretched. Once she opened her eyes, she closed her hands into fists while staring up at the lit sky. Almost as though she was catching stars in her hands. The stars were so bright and beautiful, night time was definitely her favorite above morning. “So so pretty,” she whispered to herself. A smile slowly crept onto her face before a chuckle left her lips. It was moments like this that she felt like a kid again. Hanna thought about her childhood and then shook her head, shaking her thoughts away.
Hanna let her gaze fall away from the night sky to stare ahead. But what caught her by surprise was a guy standing just a few steps away from her, staring at her. Her cheeks flushed slightly, feeling a bit embarrassed that he saw this kiddy moment of hers. “Hello..” she spoke up and then bowed her head quickly. Her hair fell against her cheeks, which hopefully hid most of her flushed cheeks. “Did you need help with something?” she asked, thinking maybe he needed help with directions. Otherwise, why would he be staring at her.
