Batman: The Telltale Series - LBP Stunts pre-vis fight.
I haven’t played the Telltale Batman series but, apparently, it features fight choreographed by LBP Stunts in Chicago.
This video is the pre-vis for a fight scene featuring Catwoman (played by Mickey Facchinello aka my future wife) and Batman (played by Brendon Huor) and it’s fucking amazing.
A nice, brief group fight by LBP Stunts, Chicago. While it’s obvious that their choreography abilities are top notch, I’m continually impressed by their camera work. From positioning, to nice wide shots; it’s always on point.
Deville Vannik vs Ian Williamson
To me, this is visual poetry. I know I sound a bit overly dramatic sometimes when it comes to talking about fight choreography but it’s shit like this that gets me all taught in the downstairs department. I don’t know how anyone can watch something like this and feel “meh” towards it. This is the reason I love martial arts cinema. This right here is the fucking bee’s knees. If you don’t like it, fine. I won’t burn your house down. But we definitely can’t be friends.
If you like seeing attractive ladies beat the shit out of fully grown men, this might be your cup of tea. Even if you don’t, you can’t deny that the choreography in this video is pretty damn flawless.
