I’ve always been fond of hummingbirds. Their ability to hover while flapping their opalescent wings at a high rate of speed is astonishing, almost other-worldly. German producer LCAW’s new single Hummingbird is also quite the fluttering flight of fancy, too. The classically trained artist links up with sultry voiced pop sensation Sophie Ellis-Baxtor on the nu-disco infused dance pop jam, a taste from LCAW’s newly announced EP Meet In The Middle. Hummingbird is a glam twirler well worthy of its name. It darts and surges, a grand and glamorous aerial delight. LCAW - Meet in the Middle

“Meet in the Middle” is the latest track from LCAW, the stage name of Berlin via Munich’s Leon Weber. The title track from his four-track EP, "Meet in the Middle” is a warm and breezy, disco pop single that glitters against the whoop of a hyper-saccharine pop vocal scaling up and down the glowing synth pads of his track. The single also precedes his previous collaboration with British pop-disco giant Sophie Ellis-Bextor on track “Hummingbird” which you can also check out below. Speaking about his EP release, LCAW’s Leon Weber had this to say:

“Telling a story with only one single at a time is difficult so it was a dream come true to put together this EP. The writing and production process has been very rewarding from start to finish and I’m very happy how well all of the tracks fit together. I got to work with amazing vocalists and to have Sophie Ellis-Bextor feature on ‘Hummingbird’ is just something very special”
