Yes..... This is ME! So remember you need to be strong and patient. Whatever you set your mind to will come if you work hard for it but you have to be consistent. Changes happen slowly, you're not racing with anyone so take your time, the goal is to reach the finish line and then stretch it to another level. Circuit of 4 sets of 10 reps each: - plank position front elevation - tricep push up - plank position kick back - tricep push up - alternative kick back - tricep push up - down dog position plank Be carful with your plank position : get your back straight. Your tricep push up needs to have the elbow close to your ribs. The front elevation is pass of the shoulders. ⬇️⬇️Read Below⬇️⬇️. . For those who have been following me my beginning in social media 3 years ago. I've been struggling with this injury on my left hip for 6 years. I did back in Paris an MRI but it was too early to find something yet. So back and forth it was hurting, make training very difficult. I kept mouth shut and still follow my routine hoping it will pass or will at least not go worse.... Until February 2016, when suddenly the right hip started to hurt the same way as the other did years back. Of course I immediately went to therapy at my friend chiropractor - on my snapchat you see me sharing that, i even cried because of the pain. We tried it all, nothing really healed me. ⛓⚒⚔⚙ . . So i decided to do the all protocols: X ray, MRI... and... They found labrum tears in both of my hips, with a cam & pincer syndrome. The solution was SURGERY. 😱 This is very current in Athletes career to get injured. Hips Labrum tear it's not really a como injury - but it can be done with a really good specialist surgeon. I was lucky enough to have the best one in south Florida. He takes care of the Miami Dolphin Team and accepted to treat my both 2 hips in the same time. Which is not so usual, mostly people do one and come back for the others. . Here I am 5 days post op. Everything was ok. I even gonna start bicycling tomorrow! So you are going to see me soon & slowly back in my fitness routine 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 . .
