Would you be willing to go in depth about your new thoughts on Jesus and Lucifer?
Ye, it’s like... not complicated but also super complicated at the same time lol so I first started thinking about it a couple years ago when I tried rereading the bible again and saw that both Jesus and Lucifer were referred to as the Morning Star/Light Bringer (Rev 22:16 is the only example I can remember rn but there’s others) and was like HMM because tbh, I’ve never hated the New Testament and I’ve never not liked Jesus, I really just wasn’t a huge fan of Yahweh and the church(tm).
So this semester in my women in religion class we were talking about Gnostic Christianity and learning the ins and outs of Christianity and I looked more into just Jesus, not the god, but just the words of Jesus and they resonated with me the exact same way that the lessons of Lucifer did, but from a more passive and positive view.
So from personal UPG and research more into Jesus and Lucifer before his fall, I configured it in my head as Lucifer is the harder parts of existence, like the lessons I learn through pain, are lessons I get from Lucifer. The lessons I learn through love are the lessons I get from Jesus. (this can be more broad too in like, wonderful aspects of humanity like marriage equality and acts of kindness= Jesus lesson, learning not to repeat history from war = Lucifer lesson).
To me, they’re both the Morning Star, they’re both the Light Bringer and they are both leading me to higher understanding of myself and existence. Because of the two being basically interchangable, I have taken to just calling them the Light Bringer (unless it’s very clear that the situation was rooted in one or the other)
So like... they’re the same being but two different energies/focuses... if that makes sense.
My biggest point here is this is my understanding and 99.9% UPG and some pretty outta pocket analysis and I 100% understand if both Luciferians and Christians alike hate this interpretation and I don’t expect anyone to dig it, but it really really feels right and is working for me.
