Marta is an elegant woman and a wealthy aristocrat married to a doctor. When getting drunk, she uses her driver and at the same time butler Giovanni to satisfy herself. Everything indicates that when Marta gets drunk she does things that she never remembers, not so Giovanni who mistakenly falls in love more and more with her but is disappointed to realize that, nor does she feel anything real about him and that everything lived will only remain as a beautiful memory.

Vorrei raccontarvi una favola, con dentro le Fate, dedicata a chi ci crede ancora. C'erano una volta le Fate. Mi ricordo che la mattina mi svegliavo e c'erano subito le Fate colazione, poi si andava a scuola e c'erano le Fate attenzione e quando la maestra chiedeva chi volesse essere interrogato e tutti indicavano me: ecco lì c'erano le Fate i cazzi vostri. Ma quelle che non dimenticherò mai sono le Fate di mio papà. Le Fate Fate Fate: se non ci faranno parlare, Fate; se non ci faranno reagire, Fate. Diffida invece dalle Non Fate: - Non Fate questo; - Non Fate quello; - Non Fate niente perché tanto tutto resta com'è. Invece dovremmo stare accanto ai: Fatemi vedere, ai Fatemi sentire e i Fate qualcosa.  Ma questi spesso, in una terra come la nostra, conoscono i Fate una brutta fine. E non pensate che non sia anche colpa nostra, perché se fin dal principio fossimo stati accanto alle Fate Fate Fate, forse queste non si sarebbero sentite così sole. Ed è per questo che noi dobbiamo essere il primo esempio. Ed è per questo che noi stiamo con Nino Di Matteo, il PM antimafia costretto a vivere come un pesce rosso dentro una boccia di vetro. Con l'unica differenza che lui non può dimenticare.
