My favorite thing about the mechanisms is that their style literally seems like the epitome of that old meme about spinning a wheel and throwing a dart and deciding to go with whatever it lands on but then they make it /work/

Like *spins wheel* greek myth *throws dart* blues *picks a card out of a hat* noir detective style "wait wait I have a great addition to this" "what is it?" "It's in space" "fuck yeah"

"Okay so starting with the idea that it's in space let's spin that wheel again" arthurian legend *throws dart* spaghetti western "perfect"

Like you wouldnt think it work but then you listen to it and you're like wait this slaps? Norse myth closed train murder mystery rock? Hell yeah! Fairytales go to space war? Yesss! The band members insert themselves into the story? Okay! They all have wild backstories? Yeah they do!

It's just such a wild band I love them

I’m telling ya’ll nothing is more bittersweet than watching @greek-mythographer go off on people because it’s sad that they have to educate people on how to not be racists peices of shit but it’s soooo satisfying seeing racists get shut down and they go into hush mode when they don’t have an argument

Persona 3 but it’s with the OG squad: Mitsuru, Akihiko, and Shinjiro fighting shadows, struggling with their Personas because they came out unnaturally and balancing school on top of training.

(just discovered that tumblr has marked so many of my newer stories as mature + has started making my drafts, which btw are nothing crazy! nothing that would usually prompt for something that crazy to happen! here i was, just starting to become friends with this hellish website again..... i at the very least need to go for a walk to cool back down because this has got me so fucking mad...)
