WOW! sitting back and watching the gorgeous waves crash past whilst the sun dies down for another 37 degree day, I cant help but realise how fast and ever changing our world is. Just like these waves, none of them roll and crash the exact same way, or at the same speed rate. These waves are high and almighty one minute, but are quick to disappear, only being replaced by another.

Once again, Melbourne’s weather is providing us with a wonderful opportunity to be outside, improving ourselves and the people around us. One of my new favourite hobbies for 2018, is to do sunset yoga on the waterfront. It makes me feel a little bit more connected to my surroundings, and allows me to have some time to reflect on what is important in my life most. Its so refreshing to welcome in a new year; being able to watch people post about their new years resolutions, hopes and dreams is somewhat a large motivation for me to continue what I do, and have faith in everything that plays out in my life. Not everything that happens may be ideal, but just like the ocean, another “wave” of happiness is just around the corner. (pun intended)
