Hey look I finally did what I'm supposed to do and drew the next moon haha

I took forever because I was debating whether or not to change Dancingheart's name for story purposes and finally caved

and then there's LEAFCLAW

A series of pics that...for whatever reason I never posted? except for the first one, that one I only just made yesterday, lmao

1. Tabby stalking through the Pillarwood, because she still has duties to the land and its life even in the dead of winter. Was really me just being inspired by the snowfall we got yesterday and wanting to actually do one of those really pretty backgrounds I used to be really good at doing all the time.

2. The Leafclaw’s current two elders (always hiring anymore tbh) Druira Savage is a former Bloodfang worgen kicked out for being too weak, so she sought out the Leafclaw way back when in order to get stronger, before accidentally becoming attached...whoops. Meanwhile, Anuumn Feathercrest is the spaced out hippie of the group that is exceptional at understanding feelings and helping out, but he’s got no mean bones in his body.

3. Tabby with her pretty Leafclaw dress. She likes feathers a lot.

big win for everyone who wanted Dancingheart to be a med cat all along but at the cost of more death :(

Dancingpaw... most of the moons are Dancingpaw centric and that's so funny to me. Meanwhile Frondstar has so much hatred in her heart for Grayswan

You can probably tell why this moon took me so long to get to LMAO, not only do I not usually enjoy doing background but I also had art block AND was hating my style (turns out coloring it "fixed" it I was just dumb)

Moon 8 is a rough one so brace yourselves, it's also gonna be long 🫡

I was hoping for a nicer moon after 8 to lighten the mood and but everyone is Just Depressed

But the good news is I get to draw Condorstar from the neighboring @frigateclan! A close friend of mine finally convinced himself to make a clangen blog and I could not be More Excited
