Character development

01: A memory from your character's childhood

A memory from her childhood would be on her 5th birthday as it was the first time she went to a theme park. She got to invite a couple of her friends from school and while she couldn’t go on a lot of the rides due to her height, she had a lot of fun especially as she got to spend time with both of her parents. 02: A memory from your character's teenage years

Well when she’s older a memory she would have from when she was a teenager would be her very first kiss. I was when she was 14 and starting to go through the stages that most teens go through when it comes to the opposite sex, her and a close friend of hers wanted to see what was so special about kissing as most of their classmates kept talking about it. So they decided to try it together, while it may not have been as great as kisses she would have in the future, it was her very first and done with someone she trusted a lot, which makes it one  of her fondest memories.

03: A memory from your character's career

This would be when she got her very first breakthrough into the world of professional dancers. While she was studying at college she was told about an audition for being a background dancer for a music video. She auditioned for it and got a part in the music video. It gave her a sense of what it would be like to be a professional dancer and prepared her for future opportunities.

04: A memory that your character cherishes

A memory Leah cherishes is when she graduated from high school and got accepted into the college of her dreams. That night her parents had a private party for her between the family. She got to see her other family but it was also time she got to spend with her dad. 

05: A memory that your character wishes to erase

A memory Leah would love to erase is definitely the time she had a big fight she had with her dad. She said some really terrible things to him and still feels guilty about it even though he forgave her.

Emotions 06: Something that makes your character angry

One thin that makes Leah angry is when people don’t work hard at something, especially if it’s something she’s passionate about, but seem to still succeed at it.

07: Something that makes your character happy

Dancing is what makes Leah happy, when she’s dancing she feels like she can be herself without caring what everyone thinks.

08: Something that makes your character laugh

Her mum when she gets drunk on special occasions as her mum comes out with the most random things when she gets drunk. She also can’t stop laughing when her mum tries to show of her dance moves while drunk.

09: Something that frightens your character

Something that frightens Leah is being abandoned, she can’t imagine a life without her close friends and family and definitely would not want them to leave her.

10: Something that turns your character on

When people run their hands through their hair whether it be wet or dry, she can’t really explain why it turns her on but it just does.

People 11: Describe your character's childhood friend

Leah’s childhood friend would be the very first person she became friends with at school. Her friend was the complete opposite of Leah, as she was shy around people and would think things through unlike Leah. Unfortunately the two of them drifted apart in high school.

12: Describe your character's parents

Leah’s mum is kind of an airhead and tends to forget things quite a bit however she’s a very caring person and would give the world to her loved ones if they asked her for it. On the other hand Leah’s dad is a workaholic and tends to be at work most of the time, he can also be a bit strict and blunt but he does care for his family and tries his best for them.

13: Describe your character's former lover

Well in the future Leah will have gotten out of a controlling relationship with someone who didn’t like her going anywhere without him. He’d always try to tell her what to do, what to wear and who to hang out with. Leah didn’t put up with his shit and broke up with him before it could get any worse.

14: Describe your character's present best friend

Her present best friend is the one mentioned earlier. Her name is Olivia and she is still  shy but has come out of her shell a bit since being friends with Leah. The two of them are hard to separate when they’re together.

15: Describe your character's worst enemy

Leah’s worst enemy would be someone who tries to make her feel bad about herself. She hates people who belittle others and would absolutely hate someone who tried to belittle her, especially as it would work seeing as she is insecure about the way she looks.

Activities 16: What your character does on a day off

On her days off she spends time with her mum mostly and they sometimes go on day trips together.

17: What kind of books your character reads

Leah likes to read fantasy books, she loves reading about magical lands and adventures in these lands.

  18: What kind of music your character likes

Leah prefers pop music the most as it;s the type of music she hears the most on the radio. She loves songs by Taylor Swift the most.

19: What your character does when they wake up

When she wakes up Leah heads straight downstairs and eats breakfast before having a bath and brushing her teeth. She’ll then spend an hour watching TV before she does whatever is planned for the rest of the day.

20: What your character is like at social events

Leah is very outgoing at events and will willingly talk to new people to make new friends. Sometimes she likes to show off to other kids who might be around.
