98. JEALOUSY

…hurts the stomach, gives such serious spiritual reflux! I want to ask, what is the root of this feeling, where does it come from? Why must I ever want to “possess”, can I just be happy for everyone and their endeavors?  Wouldn’t that just up-level us all, afterall? Relationships are such a true mirror of oneself.  They reveal shadows in your emotional picture. A dear friend of mine reminded me about finding inner truth and living it...and facing the inner shadow.  Mine is harsh, anxious, restless, jealous…. We are working towards total integration and empowerment, recognizing and letting go of the ego-icane that roars whenever she feels vulnerable, knocked.  It is then that the shadow screams to have us be alone or in control or…? And at that danger-edge it can actually seep into the subconscious to invent nonexistent issues if you let it.   But there is still sometimes that bubbling up of nagging unease, that wants me to be unhappy as it feeds, like poisonous yeast rising on fear and discord.... Being a powerful woman means there is no room to lie to oneself; for if you do the truth comes out in warped ways of being. I resolve to be clear.  Clear, clear, clear.  Love, love and more love -- from the center of this storm cell.  We are breathing through this, for we know the jet stream will carry it all out to sea, soon enough....
