I tried taking 180kg (397lb) to a 3 board for a sloppy two reps but I suck at benching 😂😂😂 I had no idea of what I was doing but having fun is all it's about if you just really love lifting stuff that's heavy and can possibly hurt you. It's cool though because I'm about to get some coaching soon.
