Its not because your dropping body fat very low that you should loose strenght along the way... At least not with good workout programming and nutrition strategies! For the last 7 weeks I have been testing a different workout programming to optimise recovery with great success so far. Poor recovery is by far my biggest struggle. I always crash at my 3rd workout so I end up wasting a workout or I have to deload wich is also a waste of time. So I always have to find ways to optimise recovery. With this split, it takes 14 days before I repeat the same exercice but each muscle group is hit twice per week with very different angles to alleviate stress to the tendons. I also go from accumulation (higher reps) to intensification (lower reps) phases but within the same week so both muscle and nervous systems are never over worked. Does it work?
