Leaptoe harbored a deep love for Chiakiminnow for a long time, even after three rejections. She flirted with many cats to try to get over this, but was unsuccessful until she became interested in Stonefin. She knew he was a prickly guy, but she watched him gradually grow up from an angsty young warrior into a softer, more open cat. She never felt uncomfortable around him, despite his poor manners, and when he seemed to be opening up to her she couldn't help but flirt with him too.
But when nothing came of this, she returned her attention to Chiakiminnow with no change in her luck. She still appreciated Stonefin as a friend after all. His proposal then surprised her, but she was happy to accept and finally have someone to devote her pent up affections to.
Leaptoe was proud to have their kits, and didn't think they'd have more than one litter until Pearlpool's sudden death. She asked Stonefin if he'd want to try again in an attempt to fill the deep void left in their lives. The pregnancy ended up draining the last of her energy, and she was summoned by Starclan in the weeks following the birth of her second litter. She rejoins Pearlpool, where they will do their best to watch over their living family members.
