Confession: 

I just had an epiphany. I only seek validation through selfies and social media when I feel rejected by the people who I want to ‘see’ me most. 

Medicine:

Learn how to validate and love myself through my inner world. For it is the world within that creates the world on the outside. 

Fact: 

It is easier said than done. However, a challenge never discouraged me before. In fact, it only gives me that much more of a reason to succeed.
