A Glance at Our Weekly Meeting
Huhu, after a busy week, we have finally finished our midterm presentation and are excited to present it next Thursday to the PREMIUM community :). To satisfy your curiosity, here is a glance at the colourful timeline we created to show you our progress and coming activities! We are currently busy with designing the introduction meeting with the pupils and brainstorming ideas for the global citizenship market!
Some important team reflection also occurred in our weekly meeting: we decided to change some strategies to work more efficiently to prevent prolonged sessions, such as using breakout rooms to divide tasks. We also want to give Slack a try. We don’t know if these strategies will boost our working efficiency, but we do believe that learning by experimenting and being adaptive is one of the most powerful tools to find the optimal teamwork method.
