Ignoring the fact that countries and stuff don't exist in the land of ninjago.
Wu and Garmadon are Chinese (or as close to Chinese as you can get being the son of god? They dont really have genetics i guess, right?), Misako is wasian, which makes Lloyd mostly Chinese with a little white in him.
Dr Julien is Scandinavian and based Zanes appearance off of himself + his situationship Hibernus.
Lebber is also from the north, and Cliff is Irish. Jay is hella white. Ed and Edna are black.
Ray is Malaysian and Maya is Polynesian. Kai and Nya more closely resemble their father.
Lilly is mixed race (Mostly african descent, but she's got a bit of everything in her), and Lou is hispanic. Cole considers himself Afro-Latino but is kinda just a big melting pot of genetic soup.
Dr Borg is West Asian, and P.I.X.A.L is black.
