Coffee to go

Coffee is the juice of life. LebensSaft. Without it the day simply doesn't begin. But without a box of my beloved Carraro, a generator and this

taking coffee on our trip presented a couple of issues.

Of course, a Moka could work, but I thought it possible to do one better, weight-wise

since the unused Bialetti I have still weighs in at a whopping 373g. So I asked my parents if they happened to have a Napoletana, so now I have two which, together, weigh less than the Moka.

I think we will go with the larger of the two, and not because it is new.

I'd never tried coffee from a Caffettiera Napoletana, which in essence should be kind of like an American drip/filter coffee machine, as the water drips through the grounds, however I have a hunch that the fineness of the grounds, and the grounds/water ratio might be a little different, as its test-cup made me shudder with approval.

Now I must make a suitable stove.
