some fun facts about me i was born in 2000 (the year of the dragon) my skeleton is a sort of mix of bone and non-ferrous metal (titanium alloys mostly) i only eat plant matter and some chemicals (like apples potatos and aspartame) i am functionally neither male or female (but i do 'male' comfortably) i only went to school for 2 years (wish it was zero years) i like monster energy (the white one the pink ones and light blue one you cant buy in the uk anymore) i have big folder with pictures of doggys with pepsi (theres a lot of images out there matching this description do you know)

im always so anxious about everything going wrong but throughout my life, whenever anything has gone wrong, even really wrong, i feel clarity and normality like never before.. sometimes theres a period of intense crashing out and self destruction and maybe increased anxiety but afterwards i lock in and the anxiety actually goes a way for a while. which is noticeable considering that shaking like an underweight chihuahua and staring into space immobilised by panic and intrusive thoughts is my baseline normality the rest of the time

update on my health anxiety and thanatophobia i forced myself to watch videos about hospice and natural death and stories from people with terminal illness and after a while i didnt even have a panic attack . it kind of gave all my fear a human face rather than leaving it with a nebulous scary unknown nature. so its less scary. and i havent had a randomly generated panic attack in a few days even if i see something related to terminal illness and stuff. god willing i am cured (im not cured, ive done this exact thing before and it always comes back w a vengeance) but its been nice

i always forget winter makes me 200% more disabled than usual and then it gets cold and i realise constant 5/10 pain is going to be my baseline for the next 4-6 months and i can no longer walk across the street and back without a flare up its not fair its notnfair its not fair
