We got the 1) US Beef Lechon Baka w/ Special Sauce & Kamote Mash (864 php/Small Tray), 2) Baked Chicken w/ 40 Cloves of Garlic (798 php/Small Tray) and 3) Hokkaido Style Pillow Soft Cheesecake w/ Strawberry Pearls (850 php) To be honest, as I opened the foiled packages, I didn't find the dishes appealing bec. the cling wrap was all smothered in oil that I had to wipe the table clean as I plated them. But, when we tried them... Wow! All were so good especially the US Beef Lechon Baka which is really a must try & must order again! My niece also loved the Kamote mash that came w/ it. The Baked Chicken was swimming in olive oil which is healthy so no worries! It's healthy and so tender that elders will find it easy to chew on. For meal ender, the Hokkaido Style Pillow Soft Cheesecake w/ Strawberry Pearls is a regular-sized cake that's rich in milk flavor yet so light in terms of sweetness & texture. We had this refrigerated before serving so we enjoyed it chilled yet soft, light & fluffy. It's different from my initial expectation that it would be eaten slightly frozen like the way pricier Milk Cheesecake of Tokyo Milk Factory.
