“Ledgy!
Leda “Ledgy” Alfonsa barely braces in time for Ravia to barrel into her. As expected, she gives a little jump into Ledgy’s arms, clinging like a stubborn octorock. “I’m not a climbing wall, you know.”
“It’s good to see you too,” Ravia chirps, and plants a kiss on her cheek. “You look cute today.”
“You say that every day.”
“Because it’s true!”
Despite the teasing, Ledgy doesn’t put Ravia down, just shifts slightly to adjust to her weight. Her girlfriend is all curves and soft skin. Hylia, she’s a delight to hold. Sometimes Ledgy will even tell her that.
Ledgy plants a kiss on the shoulder in front of her and noses at her skin. Ravia smells like fresh flowers and it’s her favorite scent.
Seeing that she’s not immediately dropped, Ravia takes the chance to pepper Ledgy’s face with kisses. “I love you!”
“Yes–yes–okay, enough!” Ledgy keeps an arm around her girlfriend until she’s steady on the ground, then pulls back slightly. “I love you too.”
One of her purple waves is falling in her face, so Ledgy carefully brushes it back to the side. Ravia hums and traces the tattoos on her arm.
“What’s the plan for today?”
“I want to go to the beach!”
“No beach!”
Her pout should be classified as a deadly weapon. Ravia bats her long lashes for extra measure. “But Ledgy…I love your mer tail! And you know it’s been a while since you swam with it.”
“That’s because it’s a curse, airhead!” It should be an item, but Ledgy long ago gave up on prying it free from her essence. And swimming with a tail isn’t the…worst. Even if they have to be careful around other hylians.
Ravia leans into her chest and gives her best doe eyes. “I got a new swimsuit just for today.”
Ledgy withholds the urge to lick the tip of her nose–barely. “That’s not fair and you know it.”
“So you’ll come swimming, right?”
“Fiiiine.” Ledgy draws the word out and rolls her eyes, but she slips her hand in Ravia’s as she’s tugged to the car. It is a nice day today and the early morning sun already promises heat. A day at the beach and in the water would be nice.
And Ravia in a swimsuit. Ledgy would be cucco to pass that up.
