My previous post got too long, so I am gonna make a short note here, but I really loved Lee Hee Joon's acting in this series. When I first watched the first four episodes, I didn't think much about it. Then, between the second and third week of airing of the show, I went and watched Chimera, and wow, his portrayal of Lee Joong-yeop felt like it was played by a different man altogether! Even in this show, multiple actors get to play their older self, and while they all do so decently and for most part believable, Hee Joon's mannerisms, demeanour, voice, the way he is slightly more slumped in his posture and gait, the way he sits down and gets up from the chair is vastly different when his characters is in his 30s and when his characters is in his 60s. I hope he gets far~ more recognition
Been hooked on Scarecrow because 1) Im always up for a serial killer and 2) After Chimera, seeing Park Hae Soo and Lee Hee Joon working together on another thriller was too good to pass on.
Really enjoying playing 'who is the killer' with this one. I have ideas and honestly it could be the obvious choice but it could also NOT be.. so Im watching for the joy factor as much as anything else. BONUS points: PHS does the rolled up sleeves thing ALL the time and Im but a weak hearted woman. Put the man in a cop role and yea thats enough for me
