“You’re sleep deprived and you haven’t been eating. Why do you think you’re feeling dizzy?”
WORRIED STARTERS
status: accepting!
She wasn’t wrong in regards to the sleeping factor but he made sure that he continued to keep on eating, as often as he could since food and coffee were the only things that would maintain him awake, strong enough to cope with the whole day.“That’s not true, you know?” He retaliated. Fingers running through his hair so he could still keep the relaxed image: he, simply, didn’t want anyone to worry about him too much. He always found himself to be a burden when he would get tired, considering just how whiny he’d get. Not with her, though.Even though he wanted to keep her from being concerned about him, he couldn’t control the dizziness that would easily take all over him. “It’s just a migraine. It’ll go away in a bit. No worries.” His attempts to make her believe him seemed to be put with too much effort, being clear just how sick he felt. All he wanted, in this precise moment, was to lay down in the nearest comfy spot and close his eyes for as long as he wanted. Taking his job in consideration, the possibility of that happening was lower than winning the lottery. “You shouldn’t worry about me. How are you doing, anyways?” He tried to focus the main issue somewhere else, so it would be easier for him to pretend.
