I kind of knock my weight and appearance a TON.....but........I have to say, I did actually lose about 30 pounds from October to February (been at a constant 200 for the past 2 months), and I keep looking at recent pictures and old pictures and I LOOK A WHOLE LOT BETTER AND IT FEELS REALLY DAMN GOOD. Also I'm really starting to like my hair really short now and it looks pretty good on me if I do say so myself.
