This spandexed roid-adonis is dedicated to this Leg Day, the third of September 2019, when my thighs started chafing against each other for the first time as I left the gym. Holy shit, this is fantastic.

It’s been a weird day.
The dangers of skipping leg-day!
Workout Log 5/5/14
Leg / Squat Day!!! Squat: 225x10, 330x5x5 Leg press: 360x15x5 Stiff leg deadlift: 115x15x3 Seated calf raises: 135x15x3 Weighted decline crunches: 35lbx15x3 Note to self to not do so much on the warm up next time... My goal every leg day is to not walk right immediately and also a few days after! Needless to say I met that goal!

Leg day! Need I say more. It's the one day you work your legs to the point where you physically can not walk right in the hours following your workout and all through the next day. Squats: 315x5x5 (I roared a little on the very last 2 reps) Stiff leg DB deads: 55lb dbs x20x3 Leg press: 345x15x3 Seated calf raise: 125x15x3 Weighted decline crunch: 35x15x3 New weight and rep PR for squats! Just to think that about this time back in January I was maxing out at 330-340x6 and now I will almost be repping that weight here shortly!
today was leg-day. Dat feel
Interesting soreness in my upper back muscles (mainly the rhomboids). Anyway it was leg-day today and legs are now dead = great workout. But I really need to courage up and try to use the smith machine next time for the calf rises. Seriously... Today I chose to do the 17,5 kg (like 38.5 lbs) barbell for the calf rises and I could barely lift it over my head... But the barbell choice was great, for the workout. So chaos when I need to increase the weight for that exercise. = really need the smith machine.
