Shout out to my personal trainer Travis (who refuses to get an IG lol) for pushing me to continuously get better and stronger. Today I deadlifted 215 pounds! Yeah..your read that right. 215!!! 1 set of 5 at 65 1 set of 5 at 165 1 set of 5 at 185 1 set of 5 at 205 & 1 set of 5 at 215! It's kind of embarrassing to say but that's almost my body weight. I nearly deadlift one of me! Yes, yes I'm still a chubby bunny because stress and food are a terrible combination..although I have started focusing more on weightloss too. But in the words of Travis, I may be a chubby bunny, but I'm an Energizer Bunny compared to most.
