congrats! 🍒 ok so my one and only experience of sleep paralysis was weird af; i was home alone and decided to take a nap, and when i was half asleep i heard sounds in the living room, first i thought it was my boyfriend but then i remembered he would not be home until later on, so i started panicking and the sounds were getting closer and closer until i felt someone was in the room with me and then suddenly i broke out of it i guess, and it was all fine and dandy but i was SO CREEPED OUT

i had an experience with sleep paralysis once, i could feel hands on my throat choking me but couldn’t move at all so there was no way to lift my arms to try and pry them away it was one of the most horrifying things that ever happened to me and i live forever terrified that it will happen again.
