I finished listening to #nightcrawling by #leilamottley while #painting more #collagepapers. There are tears mixed in with these colors. This #audiobook that takes place in Oakland, a city not far from me had my heart aching and to hear the author’s notes afterwards about where the idea for this story came from confirmed how based in reality it felt.
