LEMON PARMESAN PORK CHOPS
Okay. First Post! I recently went to stay with my best friend in Washington State for ten days and her and her brother were so awesome about having dishes and cookware safe for me to use. So, we did some cooking while I was there, and we tried this fantastic recipe. People.
IT WAS SO GOOD. AND IT WAS EASY. We served it with asparagus or a salad, lemon slices, and lemonade. Note: be sure to put some more Parmesan cheese on top of your chops when they’re done, and then squeeze lemon juice over them. It’s totally fantastic.
Second Note: If you cant have dairy or eggs, I tried this with egg replacer and without the cheese and it was just as good! (My mom can’t have a whole lot of other things besides gluten.) So don’t be put off by the cheese and eggs! GIVE IT A TRY! Thin chops work best.
