Ingredients: 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, and finely chopped. 1/4 cup almond flour. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 egg, beaten. 1 tablespoon coconut oil for cooking. Lettuce leaves for serving. Sliced tomatoes for serving. Sliced red onion for serving. Sliced avocado for serving.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, almond flour, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
