So, I'm not really an extrovert when it comes to books that I read. I just read it and keep to myself my reaction for it. In the contrary, I can't really hide to myself my instincts about this one. There's this urge feeling that I must release this euphoria I am experiencing right now to tell that this story is different. Why? Simply because this isn't just a hopeless romantic story but a fiction turns to reality.
When I first read the stories made by the author of this story (she was suggested by a friend of mine who also a reader in wattpad), i got hooked up not because of the story itself but because on how she gives detailed information of everything in the story that makes me think that the story really happens in the true life (but she clarifies in one of her interviews that it doesn't happened in reality). how the author gives the exact time and every bit of information you need. the stories i've read from her before is too good to be true and yet it was admired by many people because of the connection she gives between her, the author, the story and the reader. in addition, i also like it because of the places she told there that i am really looking forward to go through sometime in the future, like UP Los banos, UP diliman and the places I've been through like alabang town center and the likes.
After reading two or three of her stories, she releases another one which is entitled "If I fall". This a story within a story where a girl, who writes in wattpad and definitely one of the boys, finds herself hooked up in her story where it came to her senses that she's applying to her life the fiction that she's writing. In the story, a guy named Cyrus, where she portrays her main character, help her in improving her writing skills and soon enough the girl, whose name is Barbara and Barbs for short, fall in love with him because just like what I said she applied her fictional story just because her main character helped her.The story goes and in the long run, Barbs found herself confused on what she feels for Cyrus and what Cyrus really feels about her. Until one day, a non conformist guy in the school named Seth came to their life. Really, this guy made Barbs to think in a mature way and Seth really gives the twist in the story. But the story not only revolves around Seth, Cyrus and Barbs but also the love stories of SASSA. (I don't want to be a spoiler. So just read "If I Fall" on wattpad made by shirlengtearjerky) Moreover, the "If I Fall" got a sequel which is entitled "This Might End Up A Story" . This sequel is not yet finish but I assure you guys, it will awake your true identity when it comes to love and life, not just lovelife but love and life, on how you deal with it and everything. So why did I say that it will awake your true identity in love? I have three things on this. First, LIFE. the story shows how important the battle in life is. it doesn't only change your perception in life but nevertheless your perception in suicide and rape. Second, FRIENDS. You will know who your true friends are if they will know if somethings new to you and if your smiles is true or not. in addition, true friends stay and you can still have long chats with them even if you don't have communication for a long time. And Lastly, LOVE. This story really shows the side of every person in the story. How he/she made that decision which is true in real life. You can actually see yourself in one of the characters. The author really weighs everyone's perception of love. How do people react in real life. How matured minds think in every decision and how you can say that this is really reality. The story shows not only fiction but how people in the real world gives their answers in love whether destiny and fate is there. How people in the real world complicate things (though you think love is so simple but you'll just realize that every things must be settled first in order for you to be happy) even though they love each other so much they can't just be together. and above all, this story shows that you must love your self first before loving others. Don't look for mr./ms. right but be the right one. :) All in all, the author is a very good one for giving a strong bond between her works and her readers. how her readers relate because it really happens in the real world and not just some fairy tale that is so stupid for making us all believe that when you love each other and you sealed each other in a kiss, you will live happy every after. but the truth is, love and life is a constant battle that you and your better half shall fight together. :D
