❄~ "No matter what I say, you're going to say yes, right? I say 'I didn't say that,' that's your response. You people really are pathetic. You want to know if we've fucked? You want to know if I treated her like a whore? Why not, huh? That's how you all treat her, right? You treat her like you have any right to know about these things. You don't. And when and if we do things like that, you won't know. So kindly fuck off. Not that I think this is going to do any good. You're just going to go right off and twist my words to suit your purpose. Go ahead. I don't even care anymore. Just get out of my sight."

It might have been a truly everyday occasion--if not everyday, then at least not out of the ordinary. After all, it was always somewhat exciting when a new model moved into the apartments, even if their appearance was the same as others. Personality wasn't predictable. They were all different, regardless of programming... at least, he would see things like that.
It isn't odd that Len goes to greet the newcomer. No, he always did--being lonely hurt, after all. Making people feel at home really was important. But going to a Len model without anyone mentioning how they were beforehand, he-- well, it was a little brave for him. For you only, huh? Being a coward like you are. Mhmm, but this one was different--Len V3 English, beta. It was a monumental step forward in itself, for all of them. If you ever get to V3. Beyond that, he... this model had a stutter, didn't he? He'd heard faint whispers about it, and--
Well, Len had his own experiences with a stutter glitch in the past, English or not.
He knocks on the apartment door, self-conscious, staring absently at his feet. Thoughtful. Mhmm, reaching out to this person... will definitely be a good thing. He's smiling faintly as the door opens, making him jump, blinking at the mirror of him there. "A-ah! H... hello." All nerves placed in an out of the way corner, without thought, he offers the other Len that smile too. Smiles, after all, were too contagious to be kindly kept to yourself.
"Len English... right? S-sorry if you're still busy getting ready and things... I just wanted to say welcome." He really can't stop being jittery around any kind of Len, huh? He scratches his neck, before carefully bowing his head, then his torso.
"Um, Len V2, plus appends. Please take good care of me..."

He had been planning to traverse the streets until dawn, given that the company had loosened his leash while only assigned a specific time in which he was to return back to his quarters for the remainder of the day. Having charged since he had awoken in the early hours when the light barely shown, he was still at a good ninety-five percent by the time midnight had rolled around. Of course, none of his plans ever seemed to work out in a positive manner. A sudden, sharp pain filled his side, causing him to freeze in his tracks and hold himself tightly with both arms, wincing as it began to grow. He assumed it to be a minor malfunction — hell knows he’s had enough to understand that it’s common for a module fresh off the belt to experience those sorts of difficulties — until the pain surged into his head without much warning. His vision immediately turned white, and he tripped over his feet onto the ground. Trembling hands cuffed around his ears as past audio files began opening themselves without much warning, cutting into his entire process until it was the only data he could allow himself to process. Each track overlapped the others, screeching from their corruption while in the process only further ruining their quality. It was agonizing, and added with the burst of heat that filled his frame… A loud, piercing scream filled the night air that echoed against the nearby buildings, although the sound that was released sounded garbled and warped beyond basic comprehension.

[ Gumi was was almost ready for a fun-filled night of watching television, but what good would it be without some sugar? What was she expected to do? Sit around and watch TV without being accompanied by the tooth-rotting flavor of her favorite sour gummies and soda? Not a chance! She hummed as she walked along the dimly-lit pavement, the quiet of midnight allowing her to feel a bit more comfortable in her synthetic skin. The stillness was enjoyable, the only noises heard were the rustling of plastic shopping bags and the occasional passing of a car. Yes, it was peaceful. Most would be fearful that something eerie would happen, but what was she to fear? She was made of metal. ]
[ She continued on her trek home, only stopping to feel a warm nighttime breeze push against her legs. Very peaceful, so very very peacefu--]

[ A scream? An an angry spirit? A-A monster? Be realistic! Someone must be in trouble. Oh but it was so late and there was barely anyone around! Should she go help? What if it was a gang war or something? She couldn't go bust in on a gang war! Then again what if someone's life was at risk? She couldn't run away like some coward. Someone was in danger! ]
[ She sought out the one in danger, shopping bags bouncing about wildly as she ran. Man, she needed to get in better shape. She was wheezing and coughing like dying person and she had only been running for a couple of minutes! Another scream rang out, this time begging for help. She couldn't help but force herself to speed up. When she had finally come across her target she dropped her shopping bags, the glass soda bottles inside shattering. Len, Len Kagamine of all people was there, crumpled up on the ground just writhing on the rough concrete. She dropped onto her knees, wincing at the feeling of concrete scraping her skin. ]
[ Panic overwhelmed her. What was she to do? She didn't even know what was happening to the blond, but he looked as if he was in immense pain. Her initial thought was to shut him down, the drawback being that he was a CRYPTON android. He didn't shut down the same way she, and Internet Co. android, did. ]
[★]-"Le-Len-chi it's me Gumi, Gumi Megpoid, yeah? I--. . .I need you to tell me your shut down procedure. Can you--Can you do that?"
"Yo! Beta, c'mere for a sec." Fingers draw-- more so sway back and forth; another common gesture to lure one close.
"I got a little something for ya!"

Her essay … was short. Kerr wrote: “Things are just things - they have no power to hurt or to heal. Only people can do that. And we can all choose whether to be hurt or healed by the people who love us.” That was all. And that was everything. - Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul II —- How will you shape me, Jules?—- “ さあ、甘いものは、私たちは取り残されるよ!”

Len watched the exchange take place between the mother and daughter, dressed in silk kimonos with hair pinned up in buns with chopsticks stuck between the layered locks. From the drifts of the language he could grasp, a festival of some sorts was taking place in the downtown area and the outfits were merely a custom of such an event. He considered following the two girls in order to gaze at the celebrations…the evening was far too young, though. It would be better if he walked on his own to somewhere with less of a crowd. As he immediately turned around to retrace his steps, though, he ran straight into a tall, ginger figure and promptly tripped over his own two feet. He fell upon the pavement, a soft sound of surprise emerging from his mouth. Why was he so clumsy…?!
{♪} “A-ah…gomen, gomen….,” His flimsy apology followed soon after his surroundings stopped being disorienting.
A festival, huh. Nothing special, really, but the town had been quiet for a while now, which was fine by him. Although he held not much enthusiasm for social occasions, it was pleasant with the chatter in the air and the excited movements of children, teenagers and adults alike, waiting for friends to catch up or taking their time strolling.
Turning his heel, he decided to maybe get one of those flyers people were handing a little way up the street, just to see more than the crumpled one hastily taped up on the town bulletin than him, and maybe even go. A walk around wouldn't hurt--but judging by the people going, there might be some kind of dress code. Ah.
No sooner than he turned something--someone, most likely-- considerably shorter than him bumped into him, then as if exaggerating the force of the bump swayed and fell onto the floor.
Well, what was the blonde apologizing for? He was perfectly fine, and truthfully, the situation needed no apologies at all, considering he hadn't done anything to cause the fall, nor had the other done anything besides tripping, he assumed.
"It's okay," he said, wondering if he should help him up, or just let him get up on his own.
