[aaand though it pains me to say this, it’s time for something i’ve been putting off for ages lOL. my first exam is a month away tomorrow, and since there’s way too much prep to do and these are really important, it’s about time i cracked down and set hibi on semi-hiatus!
in all likelihood, not much will change—i’ll likely still be replying until closer to june, when i’ll really need to crack down, but i’m no longer going to make sure i’m active every day and i may be more selective in replying since this will be my down time! i really just need to spend my free time chilling, whether it’s here or not, so i’m removing the ‘obligation’ to come here laughs. i probably won’t keep up to date with the dash, but i’ll still check my activity and inbox and be on skype (feel free to ask if we’re mutuals) if you need me!
since reblogging this is also just easier, for yukine and len—they’ve been under unspoken semi-hiatus due to school lately anyway, but now they are on full hiatus until exam season is over, though i may drop in with idle posts on yukine briefly. with this said i’m not dropping either of them (though yukine i’m much more certain of future activity) despite their inactivity lately!
TLDR: this is the last push before exams and i’m actually gonna try to work for once semi-hiatus for hibi, total hiatus everywhere else.

He picks it up, trotting a little catch up with the (person he thinks is a) girl, holding it out. “Um... here.” Ah, how unfortunate (no, he couldn’t wish to take any kindness back, whatever trauma was up ahead!) this stroke of kindness could turn out to be.

He probably ought to question this, but, at this point, he’s entirely numb. Without so much as a shrug, he wordlessly nips to the kitchen and returns with a carton, holding it out to her. “Is this enough?” The one thing he’s sure of is that it isn’t for a school project, or anything sensible in the slightest, but… “Do I want to know what the project is?”

He'd become used to seeing mirrors of his sister by now (at least used enough to stop immediately, horribly, calling them Rin-nee, or saying he hadn't realised she’d recovered the finances necessary to buy new clothes), and yet he'd never been faced with a difference so blatantly obvious until now, a girl in her likeness plugged in, wire trailing out. Perhaps he shouldn't be surprised--robots needed to get power from somewhere--yet... ah, for a moment, all he can do is awkwardly, uncomfortably stare.
“A... ah.” Suddenly, he wonders if he ought not to look--if this was something horribly private that he was rudely swallowing up. Flushing, then, he quickly turns his head away, holding one hand a little over his eyes as if to shield himself--as if half guilty. “S-sorry, Rin-san! I didn't mean to watch...” Almost certain that he hasn't met this particular Rin before (somehow they were all distinctive, despite this very distinctiveness being a particularly Rin-like quality), he can only hope he hasn't upset her. Ah, it'd be bad if he finally didn't get along with one, huh...?

Taking the phone the girl jabs a few numbers into the phone before holding it up to her ear. A moment later the air was filled with "Yes" ‘s , a few reassuring "I’m alright" ‘s, and even a "Alright understood." or two. When the other line went dead she gave a slight sigh and handed the phone back to the other.
"Once again thank you. You have no idea how much this means." "My phone died a bit ago and I’m sure my manager was having a fit not being able to contact me."
The girl giggled a bit before realizing she hadn’t introduced herself yet. With a smile and bow the girl introduced herself as Hatsune Miku, the world famous sixteen year old singing star. Though, she didn’t actually say that last part. It just was something most people thought when they heard the name.
"I must do something to show my graduated! I think I may have a signed photo somewh- No! This is much bigger then just a sight picture of me. How about if I take you for some ice cream or something?"
He watches her for a moment, eventually turning away and watching people walk past--he trusts her not to run away with his phone, after all. Sure enough, he can look back and smile when she returns it--hand closing around it, he says, “Oh, it's no problem at all! Um... I'm glad I could help.”
Manager...? That's probably the first reminder, followed by her name, familiar by now--face a little pink with surprise (humility), r-right, he should be used to running into these people already.
He returns the bow, a little bashful, rubbing his nose as he rises. “Um... it's an honour, Hatsune-san! I'm Kagamine Len.” Hmm, and would that name be familiar to her in every form but his own? Being ordinary, yet surrounded by so many extraordinary duplicates... it really was strange to think about, even now! He finds himself laughing sheepishly at her offer. “Oh, um, it's really alright... you don't have to repay me if you're busy. You must have a crammed schedule, right?”
He waves his hand--it's no problem at all! “It's really kinda amazing you handle it all, huh?”

Oh man, okay wow, 500, first of all, thank you everyone, thank you to the people who follow me, who admire me from afar who speak to me, RP with me and to my lovely friends I’ve met on this site; I’m kinda in a state of shock I never thought I’d get this far with my writing and with Rin, I never dreamed people would want to Rp with her and there are people out there who actually like my writing like, it’s crazy and it’s all so amazing at the same time. [mm, i think it’s about time i update on len’s status ppp
basically i’ve!! been thinking about coming back to len for a while, his muse wakes up whenever i hear a song he’d like tbh and i never wanted to leave him, but atm it’s really hard for me to manage more than two blogs. school’s super busy lately and i’ve been trying to focus more on it since it’s my last year here by now, and i don’t wanna slack off and then regret it later
school’s especially busy right now and probably will be for the next three weeks. then it’s the run up to exams, but i should get rid of the huge project that’s been weighing me down the most, so i could pop back up then.
still even then, i’ll prolly be permanently semi-active over here at least until summer. len is a p casual muse, he’s rly fun and easy to write for me so i’m not gonna stress myself out over him, just turn up when it’s fun! so i apologise to everyone who i’ve kept waiting for really long and to everyone i haven’t gotten the chance to rp with yet who i’d like to. i really like it here and want back so bad omg.
tldr ;; i’m super busy but len is my bae, so while i probably won’t come back properly yet for a few weeks (maybe not even till summer) i might pop in now and again when i feel like it and i have definitely not given up on him!
