Single dad of three young adults (23 and 22, twins). Younger brother to Reagan Bringston, uncle of Grant. Divorced. Formerly a fashion model, he settled for a normal life when his partner decided the family life was not their stuff. He then quit modelling and began acting on TV, at first in small roles before he became a relatively known soap opera star, his biggest role to date being that of professor James Harrison in The Wild Heart, where he interprets the fist openly gay teach in a small town community. With a strict schedule he guaranteed that his contract ensured him time with his children while growing up and, even to this day, he still ensures that he works no more than a regular set of five hours a day.
His powers manifested at a young age, and began to learn how to use it, part of his requirement for free time was so he could save the city under his mutant persona, Deep Freeze.
Leon can manipulate ice on an atomic level, substract the heat off of matter and transform it into manipulable matter. He can manipulate matter through ice conversion being capable of transmuting thigns or apparently create true matter even though it originally looked like ice or snow. He can manipulate cold as a form of negative energy, influence emotions, thoughts and memories through implanting ice. He can fully transform into an ice form, create duplicates. Etc. Basically he can do magic with ice, even though its roots are scientific.
