It was such a normal day until now. On the way to see Leon in the hospital Chase had picked up Mel from her apartment, the two just mindlessly chatting on their way to the huge, white building, through the garden that had been set up all around the clinic before they finally entered. Fortunately Chase had called earlier so they’d be able to see Leon earlier than they normally would have and especially because they could stay longer that way. Walking into the single room their friend was transferred in just a week ago they both greeted him. He didn’t completely remember them yet, most things were still blurry in the slayer’s mind but at least he had accepted their request to visit him from time to time. An hour or two had passed, the three of them completely in their own world, telling Leon whatever funny stories from the past they remembered, also revealing some of them to the one who wasn’t with them back in the days. Those were the times for the trio when they could finally be happy and especially finally be one group again. Chase’s hand reaches out towards Mel, his fingers wiggling slightly. “I have no idea why but I forgot my phone at home. Could I borrow yours for a second?” It was really no unusual request, something that just happened. A nod and the phone was put into his hand. Immediately he started flipping through her phone, here and there, searching for what he wanted to see. What he didn’t want to see was a hidden file, one that was filled with pictures, more precisely nudes. The hacker’s eyes widened slightly, the first few way too obvious male nudes his friend had received. The whole thing was like an accident, he simply couldn’t look away. Scrolling further he eventually ended up with female nudes, a little arrow showing that those were pictures Mel had actually sent, one caught his attention as it was sent to a number that was too familiar: Leon’s number. The other’s had taken notice of how the eldest behaviors changed and both seemed to wonder what had happened that he had seemingly froze. He sensed Mel leaning closer and she was shocked for only a second before she broke into a grin. "Not awkward, guys. Not awkward if we don’t let it be awkward." The older could see the confusion in Leon’s face and bluntly he turned the phone, showing him the picture and pointing to the ID. “Why didn’t you tell me that Mel is sending you nudes?”
The day was going fairly well. The odd little trio of hacker, werewolf, and supernatural hating hunter were finally in each other’s company. The foundation of their ‘family’ still not as solid as it once was, but it was a start. At the very least Leon didn’t mind them visiting. That was enough for her at the moment.
Perched on the edge of the bed Mel regaled the amnesiac with a few of their more memorable moments. Prompting a barely bitten back laugh from the male. Her role in his life was very much up in the air. He was getting used to her company, but not necessarily comfortable with it. Pausing to take a breath she barely noted the other male’s request. Pulling the phone from her pocket it was placed in his out stretched palm. She wasn’t stupid. Everything important or condemning was carefully locked away. Well okay she was a little stupid. Things dangerous to her or her families health were not even kept in the device. But she did have quite a few embarrassing things tucked away in little corners. Corners the hacker apparently saw fit to poke at.
Noting the way Chase had completely fallen silent, not to mention eyes glued to the small screen, she squirmed the slightest bit. Wandering what he had gotten into she moved to look over his shoulder. Eyes widening as one of her hidden files was on prominent display. Male and female figures in varying states of undress filled the screen. Including a few of her own body. Instantly she went into damage control. Just keeping the situation calm. They were all adults here. A few naked and semi naked pictures was no reason to ruin a perfectly good afternoon. At least that’s what she was hoping for right until he asked that question. It irked her a bit. The embarrassment radiating off the hunter’s form prompting further agitation.
“Maybe because it’s none of your business.” The messages were actual a bit old. Having been sent on a bored moment before he had disappeared. But rather than giving any short of actual explanation she felt the need to remind Chase that they were not all obligated to share every little shred of information with each other. “Is he supposed to report any time I blow him too?”
