Anyways this is Ophelia!:

She’s an adorable Alolan Raichu and honestly i love her a lot. She’s a Storyteller and she is RIDICULOUSLY OP because of Electric Terrain, Surge Surfer and Electro Ball combo (we’re trying to nerf her in the rp cause holy fuck). She’s fat and likes to eat a lot too, also she’s a literal ball of sunshine.

tbh if ya really wanna get technical, all of my ocs are troublemakers. Shard is def a chaotic neutral/evil character though and does whatever the hell she wants. Monica (another PMD character) likes to play pranks tho.
