Oh geez! I guess… I’ve always wanted to go on a cute, the kind you see in movies date? Like going to an amusement park or to the movies. Basically just spend a fun time with someone who cares a lot about me.

"Leorio." Gon’s voice was stern and rough as he came closer to the mentioned man. The older male raised his head as he was called out to. His newspaper was dramatically lowered — really now, Leorio? Are you telling us you actually keep up to date with the new?

Whatever, this had to be important. Gon never sounded so serious before in such serene settings. Leorio eyed the younger boy in curiosity and then he asked. “What is it, Gon?”

"Can I tell you something?"

"Of course."

Gon carefully shuffled over to Leorio. He seated his small body next to the other’s on the couch. A moment of peace, Gon was preparing himself. The young boy took a deep breath and then stared Leorio in the eyes. 

A look with full determination. The other swallowed.

"Leorio." He said again.

"What?"

"You are not my father."

Silence.

"Gon, I know. I study medicine."

"Hehe," he stuck out his tongue, "just making sure."
