Congratulations again brother on the proposal I cannot be anymore happier for your future. When I first came across the man on the left in this picture in 2011 at a birthday party. My thoughts were no way is this guy natural or this guy is huge and I wanna be bigger!! I was indeed very envious of him. It's 2012 totally and I've forgotten all about Alan until I saw his Facebook. So the only natural thing to do is that I approached him on Facebook. Questioning him politely how I could further my physique. Asking him all sorts of questions about dieting and bodybuilding. The thing with bodybuilding is you're likely to find individuals like Alan who are more than happy to divulge all the information he could possibly answer with his own personal experience. At the time he was the first ever person I ever knew of who competed. I grew fond of bodybuilding and proceeded to approach Alan if I could interview him for School. It was for my Research Project in my final year of year 12. Needless to say this sparked one of the greatest friendships I have to this day. It is a fond memory for us both at the Adelaide State Library because instead of it being more say an interview we just got to talking about our personal lives and how Alan saw me as his younger self. Strangely enough we are of the same mix English from his dad and Filipino from his mother like myself. I see Alan not just as my friend but my bigger brother/cousin. Bodybuilding itself is life and can attract many like minded individuals together which we know as the law of attraction. I wanted to be just like him, to be able to take my physique further and compete on stage and have something I could share with him and be acknowledged by him to prove that I was indeed thankful for all he had done for me. He may not realise it but he helped nurture the seed that would grow within me. Which is why it was a must that he be there to help me for the final weeks to come before my first show.
