Day 10(Wings) for transformers one. Starscream needs his wings repaired but he can’t fix them himself, so he reluctantly goes to one of the waves for help. And obviously this screechy bastard can’t sit still during the whole thing cause…well. You know why😉

~Aaand burnout is back. I did my very best to get this one done at a decent time, and I tried to make it as good as my other works. Hopefully it meets par. This is set pre-movie, so Star’s still in full command of the Guard. Thank you for requesting, and I hope you Enjoy!~

Summary: After damaging his wings in a Quintesson attack, Starscream is in need of repair. Shockwave is able to service him, though a different problem quickly arises for the bots.

Warnings: none! This is a tickle fic, so if you don’t like that, scroll away!!

“Blast it…” Starscream grumbled, missing the small junction within his wing mechanism. He was trying to solder a loose wire back in, but it was nearly impossible to do behind his back.

While checking out a possible energon vein, he’d been attacked by Quintessons. He managed to make it out alive and unfollowed, though not without some damage to his wings.

Which led him to this predicament, trying and failing to repair the damage blindly without destroying any of his internal mechanisms.

“Frag!”

Starscream growled, chucking the soldering tool across the room. It slammed into the hangar wall with a loud clang, leaving a sizable dent. He’d have someone buff it later.

He unfortunately had a certain bot he needed to see.

“SHOCKWAVE!”

Starscream’s commanding voice echoed throughout the lab, followed by his clunking footsteps. He was stomping, though that was hardly new.

“Yes, Commander Starscream?”

Shockwave poked his head out from around a corner, holding a blowtorch. He’d been working on repairing a bot’s detached arm, scraps of metal and wire littering his work bench.

“I need repairing, and I don’t trust Knockout,” he huffed, marching over to the designated medical slab. It wasn’t really qualified to function as one, but it was the cleanest surface in the lab. It worked.

Shockwave grumbled something, detaching the blowtorch from his arm and setting it aside. He was usually the second bot Starscream would go to for repair. “I take it Soundwave is busy?”

“He’s occupied, but that’s beside the point. Hurry up and fix me.”

The purple bot didn’t even need to ask which part of him was injured; their commander only ever acted so flustered when his wings were damaged.

The fine mechanisms of Starscream’s wings were delicate beneath his outer plating; his precise tools were needed.

Shockwave got the special kit out of his parts locker, beginning to survey the damage. “Frag, was this done point-blank? Repairs shouldn’t hurt, no energon leakage, but you’ll feel them.”

That was far from the reassuring statement Shockwave had meant it to be. Feel them… Scrap, he’d rather have pain. “Just get it over with.”

With a knowing chuff, Shockwave got to work. He attached a pair of safety wire pliers to his blaster arm, placing a servo on Starscream’s wing to brace against. “Try to hold still.”

The mech’s breath caught as Shockwave began to twist the wires. He could feel the tugging on the wires, the other bot’s careful digits removing damaged panels to access the rest of the damage. The vibrations from his tools and touch caused a buzzing throughout Starscream’s cables.

Apparently he'd been twitching, leading to a deep sigh from the bot working on him. “Cease the movement of your wings, Commander.”

That simply got a scoff out of Starscream, who honestly didn’t know how to respond. What was there to say? How dare you be right? Silence, it tickles? I can’t, so go slag yourself?

None were a great option, and certainly none commanded the respect and dignity he was desperately clinging to on that slab.

He managed to stay silent through all of the internal repairs, save for a few muttered curses and a single squeak. Unfortunately for Star, the true test of his will was yet to come.

“The repairs are completed, Commander Starscream,” he said, looking over the bot’s wings. Shockwave knew it wasn’t pretty, but he was weighing his options in his helm. With a sigh, he continued. “Final procedures are cosmetic. A painting and buffing should return your wings to their former state.”

By the Allspark…

“I’ll be fine without it, thank you. We’re the High Guard, not a beauty pageant.”

Star tried to leave the medical slab, but Shockwave gently grabbed him by the wing and tugged him back down. “Apologies Commander, but I’m not leaving my work unfinished. It's not healthy to leave the base material exposed when it’s freshly repaired.”

It took true effort for Starscream not to whine at that. Of course he had to have his wings buffed. It was an insult from Primus himself, testing his will. He wasn’t sure he’d pass.

“I could strap you down,” Shockwave offered with a shrug. He wasn't even trying to tease, though that’s not how his words came across.

Starscream made a face like he’d been slapped, scoffing indignantly. “I’m no sparkling! Do your damn procedure, Shockwave!”

The scientist blinked at that, not expecting the outburst. Still, he’d received permission, so he got to work. He chose the softest buffing pad he had lying around, knowing the challenge that laid ahead of him.

The moment the whirring pad touched down on his wing, Starscream knew he was fragged.

“S-scrahap—” he yelped, little titters escaping him from the initial contact. His wings immediately twitched, making Shockwave sigh.

“Commander—”

“Sihilence!”

Shockwave cursed under his breath, knowing he was going to have to deal with the wiggly bot. It was hardly the first time he’d had to repair Starscream’s wings. It always tickled him, though he’d never admit it. The purple bot thought things would go a lot more smoothly if he did. He used one servo to steady the wing he was buffing.

The commander was biting his dermas, trying not to let any giggles slip past. Buffing was the worst part of repairs for him. That abrasive pad sent vibrations down to his core, and they were torturous. “F-frahahag…”

The worst part? Shockwave had the buffer on the lowest setting; it wasn’t having much of an effect on the scratched-up surface. Rather than letting Starscream know that, he simply crossed his digits and turned up the device.

“NOHOHOHO!”

Starscream shrieked, the sudden jump in intensity catching him completely off-guard. His wings jerked, causing Shockwave to curse. Still, he had one servo keeping the bot’s wing semi-stable.

“Just hold still…” Shockwave grumbled, moving the buffer across Starscream’s wings. He was trying to stay near the tops of them, knowing the base was more sensitive.

“I-IHIHI CAHAHAN’T!”

Starscream’s dignity had fully left the lab at that point. The buffer tickled so very badly, and there wasn’t a thing he could do to stop it. The powerful commander of the High Guard, reduced to a giggly wreck from some simple repairs. If the rest of the guard knew, he’d never hear the end of it.

“Then try.”

Like Star wasn’t trying. Did he think that the commander wanted to laugh and flail around like a sparkling? He simply couldn’t help his thrashing, as much as he wished he could.

“SCRAHAHAP!” Starscream kicked and squirmed as the buffer made slow, purposeful circles across the newly repaired metal. He swore he could feel the vibrations throughout his entire frame, and it was killing him. His vents whirred, trying to help cool the inner mechanisms that his fluster was heating.

It wasn’t an easy task, but Shockwave had managed to get the upper areas of Starscream’s wings buffed. All that was left were the areas near the bases. Joy…

"Almost finished, Commander."

Starscream panted as the buffer finally paused, trying to regain his composure. He was already exhausted, though it was the final stretch of the repair process. That was a small comfort, right?

Wrong.

“PRIHIHIMUHUHUS!”

The buffer started up once again, that time against the lower plating of his wings. No matter how much he tried to move, he couldn’t evade the persistent touch of Shockwave’s machine. If he thought the buzzing was bad before, it was horrible then.

One of Starscream’s wings jerked, nearly swatting Shockwave in the face. The bot sighed, trying and failing to steady it with his free servo. It was going to be a long cycle…

Shockwave was in his lab, attending to his usual business. His latest invention was almost complete..a torture device for captives to make them spill any secrets about the other factions. It was perfect!!....But it needed to be tested.

And who better to test that than his lovely conjunx? A quick comm was sent over to Soundwave.

[Soundwave, would you be a dear and come to the lab for me? I have something I want to try.]

Mere moments later, the door to the lab slid open with a snik noise. Soundwave stepped in, curiosity obvious behind his visor. The mechs gaze flicked over to the new invention.

"Query: what is your new invention?" He spoke

"Quite simple! It's a torture device meant to cause unbearable pain to victims so they spill their secrets! Don't worry, I won't activate it on you. I just want to see if the grips are tight enough and if the arms work," Shockwave explained.

Soundwave trotted up to the machine, lifting his arms to the designated area on the device. Two metal belts locked each of his arms in place. He seemed rather compliant.

"Excellent! Now don't move to much, I have to test the arms.." The purple mech pulled out a datapad and pressed a few of the control buttons. Mechanical whirrs sounded in Soundwave's audials as they moved closer to the mech's body. The blue mech flinched slightly as one of the claws grazed against his side.

"Q-query: what is the m-meaning of this?" Soundwave tried to stifle a giggle as a feather-light touch prodded just underneath his arm.

"The meaning of what? I'm not even doing anything!" Shockwave protested, trying to get the machine to stop. But they simply wouldn't. Two more arms presented feathers, brushing them along the back of Soundwave's knees. The mech snorted, kicking his legs ever so slightly. Though he had no mouth, the presence of a smirk could be felt from Shockwave.

"I forgot how ticklish you were," Shockwave mused.

"FALSE!" Soundwave yelped as two hands scribbled under his arms.

"Truly, I did!" He lied. "Why don't we try to find all of them while the machine is still running!"

Before Soundwave could protest, an arm flew to his stomach and started poking at the metal. If his voicebox allowed, the mech would definitely be squealing by now.

"SHOCKWAVE: DESIHIST!! DESIHIHIIIST!!!" He cackled, pedes kicking frantically while he squirmed around.

"Do you really want me too?" Shockwave hummed, turning the machines speed up ever so slightly. All of a sudden, Soundwave was no longer protesting.

"Sweetspark, you need to use your words now~" The purple mech teased, one of his digits grazing Soundwave's neck cables. The other mech's voicebox glitched as an ungodly snort pulled itself from his intake.

"SHOHOHOCKWAVE!!" The blue casette cackled, his helm shooting backwards from the sped up sensations. "DESIHIIHIISTHAHAHAHHAHAHHA!!"

"Alright alright, if you say so~" Shockwave hummed and pulled a lever to switch the device off. His conjunx finally calmed down, hanging limply from the device. Shockwave went over to him, and promptly unhooked him.

"Easy now, we don't want you shorting a circuit," The scientist hummed while rubbing his lover's back.

"Analysis: Shohockwave is ehehevil," Soundwave joked, still trying to stifle giggled of his own.

"How dare you! Maybe I should put you back in there!" Shockwave gasped, feigning offense.

"NO- NONONONONO-"

The purple mech chuckled fondly. "That's what I thought."

How does his (Shockwave's) monotone way of speaking make the teasing so much worse?! *flustered screaming into his hands* Shockwave, pausing to ramble about how certain touches can produces these 'happiness chemicals' in the brain: Starscream: 'He's blue balling me, I fucking hate it here ;n; ' Good ole screamer, getting impatient

Starscream: Just make me scream frag dammit! Shockwave:..So you're asking for it? Starscream: I-well, you see Soundwave using an audio clip he put together out of things Starscream has said "Yes Please!" Starscream: This is bullying, you two are bullying me, how dare you Shockwave: I recall we "bully" you with affection. Starcream: It's still bullying! *flustered angry twink noises* It's very much wavewave but Starscream is their third that they affectionately bully and He lets them because it makes him feel funny inside (in a good way).

- little whiny bitch baby

- Absolutely HATES being tickled, not because he doesn’t like the feeling but because it makes him feel small and weak

- VERY ticklish, will launch 10 feet in the air if you poke him (/srs)

- Worst spots are his ribs, hips, and wings. Ironically, he constantly protects these spots even when he’s not getting wrecked

- Very cackly laugh, will squirm like you’re ripping out his spine

- If you straddle his waist while you’re tickling him there’s a 9/10 chance he’ll activate his rocket pedes just to throw you off of him

- Will not accept aftercare at all and will hate you for the next 2 weeks

LER:

- Especially when he’s mad he’s MEAN mean

- Usually tickles bots if they wreck him first or if he wants to assert his dominance in a ‘non violent way’

- He’s horribly skillful when it comes to tickling other bots 😭 he’ll be switching from slow tickles to harsh ones to fast ones all over your death spots to really rub it in

- MEANEST TEASER AWARD. He’ll say shit like “Come on, rise up against me! I can’t have scrap metal as my high guard.”

- the claws,, oh god the claws. I know no one in tfone has claws but just IMAGINE.

- Will either leave you to die on the ground after wrecking you to shreds or actually help you

- i unfortunately do not see him being much of a lee 😞

- He’s got some weak points, but overall falls into the ‘not ticklish’ category

- If you try and tickle him he’ll immediately grab your hand and just *stare*

- If you do somehow manage to wiggle your fingers into a weak spot without him noticing, you might get some giggles.. before he blasts you into a wall

LER:

- ohhhh i hate him i hate him i hate him i HATE HIM

- Doesn’t tease a lot but he doesn’t need to 😭

- his main tactic is trapping a bot in his lap or against his chest and just effortlessly pinching or scribbling at their worst spot. It may sound tame but it’s so bad

- Wrecks Shockwave a lot if he’s being super pissy or if he just feels like it

- Will only stop when you’re starting to lose your voice box (unlike starscream) and will just hold you in his arms/lap :’]

- once he’s sure you’re back online he’ll send you on your way, making sure you learned your lesson

LEE:

- Isn’t as ticklish as Starscream BUT is more ticklish than Soundwave

- Worst spots are his thighs and ribs

- Laughs like a supervillain 😭😭 lots and lots of cackles

- Has to be straddled or overall restrained, otherwise he can EASILY throw you off of him

- Like I mentioned, gets wrecked by Soundwave a lot. Is a lot less likely to try and fight back whenever it does occur just cause he doesn’t wanna blow a hole through his chest

- Will have no hesitation in wrecking you

- VERY very teasy 😭 can get you giggling without even touching you

- “Enough squirming, scraphead! Don’t make me make you regret it..”

🛦 Starscream 🩶

General:

Tell me Screamer doesn’t give lee-leaning switch vibes

That dramatic diva would love getting destroyed, though he isn’t above occasionally “disciplining” his guard. 

He can and will deny the existence of tickling altogether if you try to squeeze either confession out of him. Good luck, soldier (-_-)ゝ

Lee:

These moods are harder to spot than a single bolt in a collapsing energon tunnel. He’s the distinguished leader of the High Guard, after all; it’s beneath him to crave such childish things.

However…

Sometimes, the cravings are just too persistent, too annoying to ignore; he’d be at a disadvantage in battles if he let the need fester. Or, at least, that’s what he tells himself.

After he finishes his little crisis, he’ll try to provoke one of the ‘Waves into tickling him. They’ve proven to be loyal enough, and they haven’t tried to kill him yet—checks all the boxes.

It’s not an exact science, though; bots don’t usually think of tickling their bosses, much less homicidal ones who rule through fearful respect. It works about 35% of the time, usually with Soundwave picking up on it and deciding to be a decent bot.

I’d say he’s pretty ticklish; he’s just gotten good at hiding it and suffering quietly. You have to force a genuine reaction out of him, but he’ll look like a kicked puppy if you stop before then; then he’ll scream and send you out on a full day’s scouting shift.

Worst spot would be his waist, specifically his hips. That snatched waist will be his downfall; it’s just too grabbable. Immediate target for anyone tickling him, and it kills him every time.

Melt spots are his big wings and upper chassis, specifically his pectorals. Get him on either of those spots, and he’ll become a big kitten.

His laugh is very pitchy; he sounds like a teen smack-dab in the middle of the voice-crack phase. Giggled threats, squeaks, squeals, and nasally laughter. If you go for a bad spot, he’s true to his nickname: Screamer.

SUCH a cuddle-bug after being wrecked. If you comment on it, he might bite you, but he loves to just be held for a bit before going back to being the fearsome leader of the High Guard.

Ler:

GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN, SAVE YOURSELF—

He’s a VERY evil ler: flustering teases, death spot attacks, smug comments, no escaping whatsoever.

You really can’t run from him. He’s a jet, and he’s been training for years to push himself to tip-top speeds. Good luck dude.

He can and will torment you with the same teases that overheat him; man CANNOT take what he dishes out, but “consequences are for cowards.” (He always regrets saying that.)

“What’s wrong, runt? Does this tickle? How unfortunate for you.”

“Ah, yes, insanity and helplessness; music to my audio receptors. Which spot made you scream again?”

“I’m barely touching you. How do you expect to rise in the ranks if you can’t even handle a little scribbling?”

Not the worst at aftercare, but you’re gonna have to spell some things out for him. You’ll get an energon cube, whether your body is made to ingest them or not. He’ll stay with you until you recover, but after that, you’d best keep your mouth shut about the whole ordeal.

📼Soundwave💙

General:

Okay quiet boy here is a solid ler. 

Aside from the fact that he doesn’t like to laugh or speak much, he simply prefers to tickle others. If he can keep some of the other guard members happy, he’s accomplished something.

(I wish he had his recordicons in the movie; I have so many ideas 😞)

Ler:

He gets ler moods every so often, though he usually tickles bots to cheer them up or fix their moods.

Someone is sad about a guard member who got injured? Gentle tickles to make them smile.

Starscream is being more of an arrogant showboat than normal? Yeah, waist tickles to take him down a peg.

Shockwave has been cooped up in his lab for Primus-knows-how-long? Yeah, tickles to force him to intake some energon and recharge.

Now, Soundwave is VERY respectful of people’s wishes. If they want him to frag off, he’ll leave them be. If they tap out, he immediately stops. 

On the flip side, if you don’t stop him, he WILL wreck you into oblivion. It all depends on what you want

I feel like he’d use short, teasy observations to make his lees blush. Just something to fluster them and get them squeaking.

“Ticklish one: adorable.”

“Commencing stomach analysis… Results: conclusive. Very ticklish.”

“Laughter: changes pitch frequently. Claw tickles exemplify this quite nicely.”

“Hmm… Tickle. Ticklish. Tickl— Ah, my observation is correct: the word makes things tickle more.”

Absolutely ZERO issues with saying the t-word. If you can’t handle hearing it… well, it was nice knowing you.

So…we know how he can blast out sound waves, right? I’d bet if he did that on a MUCH lower setting, it’d tickle like crazy. 

All the effects of a massager, in as wide of a range as he feels like pushing out. Could be your entire body, one spot, multiple different ones…

The possibilities are endless, my friends.

Amazing with aftercare. He’ll give you hugs and headpats, bring you energon or food (depending on which you need), and tell you how well you did. Lots of love from the quiet one 💙

General:

This brat feels like a 50/50 switch to me. 

Like, he gives me SUCH lee vibes, but you can’t deny that he’d wreck a bot when the opportunity presents itself. 

Chaos boi energy by beloved 💜

Lee:

He absolutely refuses to admit that he’s ticklish. Does he want to be wrecked? Absolutely. Would just a few simple pokes make his entire orbital cycle? No doubt about it, yeah. So, how does he respond when asked if he’s ticklish?

“Uh, no. Only weak scrap-bots are ticklish. Now, get back to work before I introduce you to Primus!”

Ya know, like a smart bot.

Only Soundwave and Starscream have the lugnuts to try him after he says that. The moment the tickling actually begins, his fight seems to just evaporate into thin air.

I feel like his little eye-light flickers when he’s getting wrecked to pieces. Sort of like a smile for him ✨

His laugh is really boyish and joyful when you really get him. Just imagine a six-year-old laughing his aft off.

Shockwave generally isn’t that ticklish; only certain spots get him screaming. You either have to know exactly where you need to strike, have him restrained, or be quick enough to find one before he kills you. Speaking of which…

Worst spots are his blaster hand and side plating. All it takes are some light scribbles on either spot to make him flail and lose his processor functions.

Melt spot would have to be his finials. You can’t tell me those big ol’ things wouldn’t be ticklish. He’d lean right into it and close his optics, mumbling something about “needing to recharge, no other reason…”

Ler:

SUCH a smug aft-hole of a ler. 

He’s such a brat in the movie; you can’t tell me he wouldn’t carry that over to wrecking his fellow guard members.

Shockwave doesn’t really need a reason to wreck someone; he won’t even attempt an excuse. He’s just gone up to random guard members he was close with and attacked.

Not to say he’s disrespectful. If you seriously don’t want him to tickle you, he’ll begrudgingly back off. He’ll whine, of course, but he won’t push.

When he does attack, he’s a rapid-fire kinda bot. Get every spot he can think of, see which makes you laugh loudest, and THEN focus in.

Plus, all the teases he knows will get to you. He’s a bit of a jerk about it, but lucky for you, it’s easy to get revenge.

“I had no idea you were this weak. How have you survived this long?”

“You’re laughing so loudly. Think I’m gonna need to get my audio receptors checked after this.”

“Imagine if our enemies found out about this. You’d be down in seconds!”

“It tickles? No scrap. That’s the whole point of tickling you.”

Despite all his smug talk and bravado, he’s pretty good at aftercare.

Big ol’ hugs, cuddles if you’re up for it, energon or water and snacks, and maybe even some science rambling if you just want some white noise. He’s a softie afterwards, though only when it’s just you two.
