INTERMISSION AT LES MIS AUS MY WORLD IS BEING SHATTERED AND REMADE I haven't bought a program yet so I don't know if I have any understudies in the cast but either way they're incredible Kerrie Anne Greenland, who is playing Eponine, is fucking incredible and everything I aspire to be in this earth. The same goes for Patrice Tipoki (Fantine) This Montparnasse is super dandy and aggressively hot.... In the garden scene he not only climbed over the fence for no discernible reason as everyone else went through the gate, but while everyone was arguing and fighting he like, jumped up and grabbed hold of the balcony and did some impromptu gymnastics just for the lolz Now, as it's me and I am actual trash.... EXR Enjolras is really short and for some reason that makes me very happy- probably bc Grantaire is quite tall Gavroche climbed up on a table to deliver the news that Lamarque was dead and Enjolras helped him down and rested his hands on his shoulders like an older brother. He addressed "Lamarque is dead?" to Gavroche quietly, as a question. Then he sort of gently pushed Gav in Grantaire's direction as he turned to address the room. Gav ran straight to Grantaire who hugged him and helped him up to sit on his lap while he listened to his hubby speak bc honestly they're acting like Gav's dads will keep y'all up to date with any further developments This is gr8 and I am so alive

is it possible to do TSWFoS Az/Javert for the ship thing? always up for that tbh, if you can!

Who worries about how they will look when they’re older: This is a complicated one really because at the time of the main story, there’s already an age gap (Javert just about cresting forty and Az being in their early twenties), but to be honest, I think that they both worry about it to a degree.  Javert on a scale normal for him as the older of the two (but being himself, he doesn’t focus on it except for in his few moments of not having anything else to focus on), but I think Az worries about it quite a bit more in terms of passing and gender and being trans.  Neither really talks about it though.

Who makes the mix tapes/cds: I feel like that would be solidly an Az thing - they’re the more musical of the two.

Clings to the other during scary movies: I don’t think either of them really do, but Javert definitely does the little sidelong glance thing during films.

Gets into the shower with the other randomly: I can confirm that that is 100% an Az thing.

Flashes the other when they walk by after taking a shower alone: Again, definitely the sort of thing Az would do if they were in the proper mood for it.

Initiates hand holding while the other is driving: That’s probably Az - Javert is a highly focused driver and it’s a wonder there’s ever a time when both hands aren’t on the wheel.

Secretly tries to touch the other in naughty places during public/family events: That’s Az again.  They don’t generally do it because the last thing they want to do is make him uncomfortable, but on rare occasion they definitely slide their foot up his leg during a fancy dinner.

Asks weird questions in the middle of the night: Depending on your definition of weird, probably Javert - night is one of the only still times for him and sometimes he talks until he can sleep so that things don’t get too quiet up there.  Though Az sometimes do it as well, and they both get very dry with one another.

Asks “what are you thinking about?”: Really both of them.  Comes with having two people who are extremely close but still really closed off in certain ways.

Always has to be touching the other, (if either of them do): I think it depends.  They’re very much not that way in public, but I think in private they tend to do it more.  Az does it while they’re talking a lot - but Az is also a very kinetic communicator and has a tendency to touch people while they talk.  Javert is more likely to do it on the rare occasion that they actually sleep in the same bed.

les amis interferes with patron minette business and both groups choose representatives to meet and find a way to get past the situation. montparnasse and grantaire prove to be lazy, stubborn deal makers and have reached an impasse when montparnasse gets angry and starts talking in terms of physical retribution, threatening to hurt and even kill enjolras. grantaire loses it and offers all of the guns, ammunition, and stockpiled supplies at his group’s disposal, saying it would all be montparnasse’s if he promised not to hurt enjolras, not a single hair on his head. montparnasse considers this very carefully and grantaire is so nervous he is doubting everything he’s ever done when montparnasse finally accepts. they shake on it, grantaire returns to the café, and everyone is relieved as he skirts around the truth and announces that everything was sorted out without issue. a few weeks go by with nothing happening until one morning grantaire receives a small package in the mail. he takes it inside and opens it only to find a small piece of paper, reading “this is the hair I won’t harm”. to his absolute horror, grantaire lowers his hand into the box and pulls it back out, holding one single long, curly, beautiful blonde strand of hair.
