In this day and age, it seems like queerness and homosexuality is defined by depravity. How long we have gone without. How long before we realized we were living a lie and a half life.

How fucked is it that we experience it first as repression, and not as enrichment? As shame, before life goals?

I've made up my mind. Some day I'll be married to another woman. Some day, I'll be surrounded by women who love me, and I will love them.

I'll repair my heart by rejecting these artificial values imposed on me. I'll uproot the vines of internalized hatred no matter how deep they go. I'm going to be happy and I'm not going to let being born in a shitty time and a shitty place take that from me.

I’m just thinking about how much personality my future appartment/house will have. Me plus my girlfriends and we’re all different people with different interests and preferences so like a living room with video games and ya novels by the tv, a yoga mat by the wall, weights by the couch, and anime posters on the walls. A kitchen with organic snacks, pastries, oreo and candy stashes, lactose free milk and other milks. A closet with a bunch of pastel dresses and skirts fading into nice black pants and black button up shirts, a pile of crazy  loungewear on some shelves. I am living for this variety, this chimera of our personalities because as much as its a lot of fundamentally different things. its us; and that’s what matters.

Today I learned the term “demisexual”

The term is defined as, “people only feel sexually attracted to someone when they have an emotional bond with the person..”

I relate to this so much. I can’t just jump right into things with people if I do not have an emotional bond with them first.
